Welcome to PACO Peptide. These terms are a legal agreement between you and ooabi LLC ("we", "PACO Peptide"). By using PACO Peptide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the application.

1. What PACO Peptide is and isn't

PACO Peptide is an informational tool for people using or considering GLP-1 medications. It helps you:

  • Log doses, weight, symptoms
  • Talk to a coach (Bukowski) about GLP-1 use
  • Access information from published clinical trials

PACO Peptide is NOT:

  • A medical provider
  • A substitute for professional medical care
  • A pharmacy
  • A prescription service
  • Personalized medical advice

Bukowski is not a doctor. The information shared is educational, based on published clinical literature. For dosing decisions, treatment, or any personal medical matter, consult your doctor.

Bukowski is an AI assistant — a large language model (LLM) developed by Anthropic (the makers of Claude). Bukowski is not a human, not a doctor, and not a medical provider. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors; they are not a basis for medical decisions.

Articles in PACO Peptide's editorial journal are drafted by AI from publicly available research abstracts (PubMed) and reviewed by a human editor before publication. Articles are not auto-published. See the Privacy Policy for details on how this pipeline works.

2. Important medical disclaimer

PACO Peptide provides general information about approved GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide) and compounds in active clinical investigation (retatrutide, cagrilintide, survodutide). This information:

  • Is based on publicly available published studies
  • Does not constitute medical advice
  • Does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional
  • Should not be used for self-diagnosis, self-prescription, or to adjust treatments without medical supervision

If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or your country's emergency services immediately. Do not use PACO Peptide for emergencies.

Red flags requiring urgent medical attention while using GLP-1s include, but are not limited to: severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, signs of pancreatitis, severe allergic reaction. PACO Peptide mentions these situations informationally, but does not diagnose or treat them.

3. Your account

To use PACO Peptide you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful information when registering
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised

You are responsible for all activity in your account.

4. PACO Peptide Pro subscription

Plans and prices

PACO Peptide Pro is available for $79 USD per year or $7.99 USD per month, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Prices may change; we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in your account.

Cancellation

If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your paid billing period. We do not refund partial payments for billing periods already charged, unless required by applicable law.

Payment processing

Stripe processes all payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

5. Acceptable use

By using PACO Peptide, you agree not to:

  • Use the application to diagnose other people
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Attempt to extract data from the coach via adversarial prompts or reverse engineering
  • Use PACO Peptide for activities illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of PACO Peptide without authorization
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

PACO Peptide, its design, code, the "Bukowski" persona, and all content produced by the application are the property of ooabi LLC. You retain ownership of the data you enter (doses, weight, messages you send to the coach).

You grant us a limited license to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

PACO Peptide is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the information is complete, error-free, or applicable to your particular situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ooabi LLC will not be liable for medical damages, loss of health, or clinical consequences arising from use of PACO Peptide
  • ooabi LLC will not be liable for decisions you make based on information from PACO Peptide
  • Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed what you paid for PACO Peptide in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In that case, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ooabi LLC, its employees, and partners, from claims arising from:

  • Your use of PACO Peptide
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Medical decisions you have made, with or without information from PACO Peptide

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you continue using PACO Peptide after the effective date, you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Your payment fails repeatedly
  • The law requires us to
  • We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be submitted to the courts of Utah.

If you live in a jurisdiction where local laws grant non-waivable consumer rights, those rights prevail.

12. General provisions

  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ooabi LLC.
  • Severability: If a clause is declared invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You cannot assign your rights under these terms. We can, in case of merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
